Our team at Capital Strength is comprised of university educated coaches, who are passionate about helping people. Our goal as coaches is to help you on your personal journey, whether that is rehabbing an injury, getting back into shape or playing professional sports. We are equipped to help you! Capital Strength provide’s an environment that fosters a sense of family and belonging to general public and athletes alike. We strive to help our members reach their potential through diligent coaching and structured, progressive, programming.
We believe in the use of fundamental movements. Everyone should be able to squat, hinge, lunge, push, pull and carry at a basic level, not just for performance but for life. We use a functional training approach with our general population and athletes alike.
