CSTS Run Club

A New community initiative from Capital Strength that aims to bring together the runners of our beloved community!

This club is open to runners of all levels and caters to all sizes of races from 5k to Marathon. Our mission is to provide not only a community for runners, but guidance, coaching and rehab to those looking to optimize their running.

Our newsletter will be a key piece to this community by keeping our members updated on weekly runs, available programming, workshops, clothing and more! 

your run coaches

Coach Ian will be releasing online remote programming through our app platform for those looking to add strength training and rehab work to their current running routine. You can also look forward to us providing race training outlines from 5k to Marathon.

Additionally, our in-house Physiotherapist, Cara Racicot, will be available for running specific assessments and rehab to prevent, maintain and rehab common running injuries. Injury risk management workshops will also be coming to our community in 2024.
