I’ve been a Registered Massage Therapist in the Ottawa area for over 20 years, and I genuinely love what I do.
I thrive on growth, challenge, and continuous learning — adapting my skills to better support my clients and keep my work exciting. I’m a natural leader, a hard worker, and someone who doesn’t like “boring”.
Growing up immersed in competitive sports and as a competitive dancer, I learned early on the powerful role massage therapy plays in performance, recovery, and injury prevention. That foundation sparked my passion for becoming an RMT and continues to shape my approach today.
I’ve also spent most of my life involved with horses— riding since childhood and remaining actively engaged through volunteering and working with my family business. I’ve worked with a wide range of athletes, both amateur and professional, and active individuals, each with unique goals and demands. I have worked with, but limited to, IPRA, NRCA, PBR rodeo athletes as well as NHL, OHL, AHL, CPL CEBL, CFL athletes.
My treatments are personalized to support individual performance, resilience, and recovery. I offer deep tissue massage, sports and injury treatment, K-taping, trigger point release, acupuncture, scar tissue and myofascial work, lymphatic drainage, remedial exercises, and guided stretching.
I am also certified in pre- and perinatal massage, as well as infant and child treatments, allowing me to support clients through all stages of life.
