Bri holds an Honours Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa, where she completed an 8-month internship at Capital Strength. Growing up in competitive cheerleading and soccer, Bri developed a love for sports that extended throughout high school, where she participated in rugby, track and field, volleyball, and dance.
During her university years, Bri discovered her passion for strength training, which sparked her career in fitness. After graduation, she worked for two years as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor, continuing to grow her expertise.
