We believe in keeping our athletes STRONG during the in-season period. It’s so important to maintain your strength that you’ve gained over the off-season from both a performance standpoint as well as an injury management standpoint. Our program is aimed at helping athletes with both! This program is also a great fit for individuals who are not enrolled in sport but want to develop strength and athleticism!
From September to March we will be running a 4 day/week program Monday to Thursday from 4-5pm for athletes 13 to 18 years old. We have 3 different membership options and there is no commitment – you can join for 1 month or all 7 months! All sessions are supervised by one of our Strength and Conditioning Coaches. Each athletes receives their own program to follow that gets updated every 4 weeks.
