Capital Strength’s Hockey Program has helped hundreds of athletes rise to the next level. Every summer, our program is filled with players from a variety of leagues including: OMHA, CCHL, NCAA, CHL, ECHL, AHL, DEL, KHL and NHL.

Rebuild. Optimize. Perform.

Our program segments the off-season into several phases that help rebuild the players body, optimize strength and peak their sport specific speed, power and conditioning. Over the course of the off-season our goal is to help athletes reach their maximum potential allowing them to be in peak physical conditioning by the time they return to camp. Our off-season program is built on the following principles:

Capital Strength offers an experience unlike any other in the city. Our premier facility, University educated coaches, sport science programming and family-oriented environment provides the athlete with everything they need to optimize their performance for the upcoming season.

Our programs are designed to be age and skill level specific, and vary from 3-5 times per week
