The Capital Movement Project – Complete Series


This package includes 4 brand new mobility sessions that progress as you get further into them. During these sessions, we help guide you through joint exploration drills, general movement based mobility drills and introduce different ways that you can challenge yourself either through a recovery or performance based circuit. Every session ties into the previous as drills get more challenging and build off of things we practiced together in the previous session. Make sure to always listen and watch the demonstrations as we introduce a variety of progressions and regressions for any given drill to suit all fitness levels and goals. It is up to you to select the variation that best suits your needs and goals!
