Alicia grew up playing soccer and came up through the Sport-Study APS program at École Maurice-Lapointe, where she was first introduced to strength training with Capital Strength. That experience sparked her interest in the field and led her to pursue her studies in Human Kinetics. Since then, she has gained experience working with a wide range of individuals, from varsity athletes to beginners in the gym.

She has a particular interest in women’s weight training, while enjoying working with individuals of all backgrounds and experience levels. Alicia is passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and enjoy the training process. She aims to create a positive environment where clients build confidence and consistency, and seeing that shift is what continues to fuel her joy as a coach.
Experience: Internship at Capital Strength, JR coach for the women’s varsity volleyball team at uOttawa, Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor at UOttawa, Performance Coach for the Ottawa South United OPDL Soccer teams.
Interesting Facts: Held a plank for over 7 minutes during Capital Strength testing in high school.
Hobbies / Other Interests: Spending time with family + watching and playing sports.
