Brandon Watt is an NCAA hockey athlete at @rmumhockey in Pittsburgh, Pa. After spending a summer training at the Capital, Brandon got named Captain of the squad for his Senior year.
Brandon is a dedicated and focused athlete who came to us fresh from shoulder surgery. “I’ve been a little unlucky with injuries having torn my groin, tricep and having labrum surgery in my shoulder last year. This summer at Capital really helped me get back on track post surgery and get ready for my senior year.”
Brandon enjoyed being pushed by the coaches everyday. He describes it as “the perfect mix of professional but also a place you like to be.” Coach Nick worked closely with him to incorporate rehab exercises and moderate his workouts week by week.
“I knew training this summer was going to be big for me for both getting in the best shape possible while rehabbing my shoulder. I knew I had to go with the best gym available that’s why I chose Capital.” “This was my first summer here and it was my best summer of training yet.”
