Youth Training Program

The focus for this age group is physical literacy and fundamental development.  We want to make sure we build a solid foundation in our young athletes to prepare them for a successful future in sports. Long Term Athletic Development is a big part of our philosophy at Capital Strength and we pride ourselves on the success we have had with hundreds of young athlete across the city. The program will focus heavily on:
