Kim has been a registered massage therapist since 2006, and a member in good standing with the Canadian Massage Therapy Association (CMTO).

An elite sports background and degree in Physical Education at the University of Ottawa led her to a career in the fitness industry. In January of 2005 she enrolled at Kine Concept Institute, completing an extensive 2500-hour program in massage therapy. Kim began her career at the Ottawa Sport and Health Centre as well as starting Massage Therapy on the Go, a mobile service, in 2006.

As a massage therapist, Kim is interested in the assessment and treatment of dysfunction and pain of soft tissues and joints. This is accomplished through a wide variety of massage techniques. Her areas of specialization are therapeutic massage, soft tissue release, fascial release, joint mobilization and deep tissue sports massage.

Reba is currently registered and in good standing with the CMTO, and is a recent graduate of the Algonquin College Massage Therapy program. 

Reba has been involved in the health and fitness field for several years. Following her undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, she began working as a kinesiologist alongside a team of physiotherapists, chiropractors and sports medicine doctors before returning to school to follow her passion for manual therapy.

In the field of massage therapy, Reba is most interested in the assessment and treatment of limiting functional impairments to help her clients reach their true potential. Her areas of interest are soft tissue release, joint mobilization, functional rehabilitation and educating her clients to help them best recover from injury and maintain a high level of function. Reba is also a sprint coach with the Ottawa Lions Track and Field Club and works with a variety of recreational and competitive athletes of all ages.
